UNI - Universum International College kishte nderin dhe kënaqësinë të mirëpresë për ligjëratë publike 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐰𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐮, ish-Ministre e Marrëdhënieve dhe Bashkëpunimit Ndërkombëtar të Afrikës së Jugut

Si ish- Ministre e Marrëdhënieve dhe Bashkëpunimit Ndërkombëtar të Afrikës së Jugut, znj. Sisulu ka folur rreth përgjegjësive të rëndësishme në përfaqësimin e vendit në skenën ndërkombëtare dhe në zbatimin e politikave të jashtme të vendit. Ajo ka qenë pjesë e përpjekjeve për të zgjidhur konflikte në rajon dhe për të promovuar paqen dhe stabilitetin nëpërmjet dialogut dhe bashkëpunimit.

Ish Presidenti Sejdiu gjatë kësaj ligjërate, u thellua në temën “𝐏𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐞̈𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐞 𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐯𝐞̈𝐬 𝐬𝐢 𝐟𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐪𝐞𝐣𝐞 𝐝𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐭𝐢 𝐧𝐞̈ 𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐧 – 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐢 𝐢 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭”. Vështrimet e tij ishin tejet të rëndësishme ndërsa ai eksploroi kontekstin historik që rrethon pavarësinë e Kosovës dhe rolin e saj në formësimin e Ballkanit.

Ligjëratë publike me Kryetarin e Ferizajit, z. Agim Aliu

𝐊𝐫𝐲𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐮, prezantoi një diskutim duke reflektuar mbi karrierën e tij, sfidat unike të ballafaqimit gjatë mandatit të tij dhe rrugën frymëzuese që e çoi atë në krye të udhëheqjes komunale të Ferizajit dhe ju ofroi studentëve një pasqyrë në detajet e udhëheqjes së një qyteti.

Përgjigjet e tij në përballje me sfidat, nxitja e bashkëpunimit dhe ndryshimi pozitiv bënë përshtypje te studentët prezent përmes pyetjeve të ndryshme. Kryetari 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐮, gjithashtu u nderua me çmimin e Lidershipit nga UNI- Universum International College powered by Arizona State University.

Në këtë takim u diskutua se "𝟖 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐢" nuk është vetëm një festë, por një mundësi për të theksuar se gratë janë forca e pandalshme që nxisin zhvillimin dhe avancimin e shoqërisë. Ato kanë kapacitetin për të shfaqur vlera të jashtëzakonshme si ndërgjegjësimi, vullneti dhe aftësia për të krijuar ndryshime pozitive.

Një sesion diskutimi interaktiv u zhvillua në mes Prof. Dalipi dhe audiencës, ku të gjithë u angazhuan në mënyrë aktive me Profesorin, duke shtruar pyetje dhe duke marrë njohuri nga ekspertiza e tij, ku shprehën kënaqësinë e tyre për mundësinë që të fitojnë njohuri nga një studiues i njohur dhe për të marrë pjesë në diskutime të tilla.

Në këtë tryezë diskutimi, Dr. Nevenka Tromp foli me fokus për "𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐭𝐞̈𝐬𝐢𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐞 𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐯𝐞̈𝐬" por në një kuptim më të gjerë ngjarjet vendimtare për Kosovën, duke vënë në qendër luftën në Kosovë dhe ndërlikimet e drejtësisë ndërkombëtare.

𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩 ka punuar si hulumtuese në Tribulanin e Hagës për krimet e luftës në ish-Jugosllavi si dhe punon në Departamentin e Studimeve Evropiane në Universitetin e Amsterdamit që nga viti 1992.

Study visit with Mrs. Nora Hasani

EU ambassador, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚́𝐬̌ 𝐒𝐳𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐠, visited UNI - Universum International College powered by Arizona State University

UNI - Universum International College was pleased to welcome in a public lecture, EU ambassador, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚́𝐬̌ 𝐒𝐳𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐠, the head of the EU Office in Kosovo/EU Special Representative.

The topic of the discussion was a very current and important topic such as 'Visa Liberalization for Kosovo: Opportunities and Challenges'.

Ambassador Szunyog's lecture provided a thorough understanding of the issue surrounding visa liberalization, offering a perspective on future challenges and opportunities within the European Union.

UNI - Universum International College has organized the first edition of the series event 'Mayor's Talk', inviting the Mayor of Pristina, Mr. Përparim Rama. The event marked an important step in UNI's ongoing commitment to provide students with valuable perspectives on the challenges and achievements of outstanding leaders.

Mayor Rama presented a thought-provoking discussion, reflecting on his career, the unique challenges he faced during his tenure, and the inspiring path that led him to the top of Pristina's municipal leadership.

During the event, Mayor Rama also shared key moments from his career, providing students with insights into the details of leading a city. His responses to challenges, fostering collaboration and positive change impressed the audience present.

Public lecture about Breast Cancer Awareness.

Today, UNI - Universum International College powered by Arizona State University held a Public Lecture, which was organized during Pink Month, about Breast Cancer Awareness.

The former president of the Republic of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga, was present. The panel included Vlora Çitaku, Vildana Goga, Leonora Shabani Bajraktari, Albena Reshitaj, Izet Sadiku, and representatives from the Kosovo Security Force.

Public Lecture with Dr. Lul Raka

In public lectures series, we had the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Dr. Lul Raka at UNI - Universum International College.

During this lecture, the topic "Microbial resistance" was discussed, and he disclosed various findings regarding the current situation in Kosovo regarding the use of antibiotics. He also encouraged all students and other participants in the lecture to be cautious with the use of drugs in general.
