The Master of Business Administration study program is a two-year double degree program offered jointly by Universum College in Kosovo and Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in Germany. Within this program, studies begin at Universum College and end at Ludwigshafen University. Upon completion of studies in this program, students are equipped with a German MBA degree in International Business Management from Ludwigshafen University and a second Master of Arts degree in Management from Universum College.

The program consists of ten modules, 4 of which are offered by Universum College in Pristina, 3 by Ludwigshafen University in Germany and 3 more offered by both institutions together.

Employment during studies and Career

In addition to studies, the main benefit of the students of this program is employment in Germany, where Ludwigshafen University will facilitate the process of finding practical work for Kosovar students. The minimum wage for practical work is 750 euros per month. After the end of the second year of studies, Kosovar students have the right to stay in Germany for another 18 months and during this period to look for work in their profession.

Meanwhile, for students employed in Kosovo who do not want to break the employment relationship due to studies, the possibility of pursuing distance studies is offered, where staying in Germany and participating in lectures is mandatory only twice during the semester for a period of one week.

Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society is one of the most international and quality universities in Germany.
