Overview of the Program
UNI-Universum International College is powered and managed by Arizona State University, the largest public university in the US and no #1 for innovation, thereby providing students with a world class education. Through the MA Management program, students will have access to Thunderbird School of Global Management and at the end of their studies, they will receive a diploma powered by Arizona State University.
Program Objectives
  1. Provide advanced, research-informed knowledge of management, strategy, and market-facing decision-making in contemporary organizations operating in dynamic, digital and international contexts.
  2. Develop graduates’ ability to critically evaluate complex business environments (local, regional, and global), integrating economic, technological, social, and regulatory considerations into managerial judgment.
  3. Build strong capability for evidence-based decision-making, enabling students to use qualitative and quantitative methods to diagnose organizational challenges, evaluate alternatives, and justify solutions.
  4. Equip students with advanced competence to design and lead strategic initiatives, including innovation, change, and growth strategies that create sustainable value for organizations and stakeholders.
  5. Strengthen specialization-based expertise in marketing and creative communication, including brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, storytelling, digital channels, and campaign evaluation.
  6. Promote professional integrity and responsible leadership by embedding ethics, sustainability, and good governance in managerial and marketing decisions.
  7. Foster lifelong learning and professional resilience through reflective practice, self-management, and the ability to adapt to new technologies, new market realities, and evolving stakeholder expectations.

Entry requirements for MA in Management
Admission requirements are designed to ensure that admitted students possess adequate prior knowledge and competencies to follow Master-level learning activities successfully. The standard entry requirements include the following:
  • A recognized first-cycle qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent) corresponding to at least 180 ECTS, or an equivalent qualification recognized under applicable national procedures.
  • A minimum academic performance requirement, such as a minimum of 7.5 GPA/grade threshold, applied consistently and communicated transparently to applicants.
  • For Kosovar citizens, submission of required documentation (e.g., proof of citizenship and required academic documentation) in accordance with national administrative requirements.
  • For applicants holding qualifications from non-Kosovar higher education institutions, verification and recognition procedures are applied in line with national legislation and Ministry requirements for diploma recognition/validation.
  • Where the study pathway involves study in English or articulation opportunities requiring English competence, applicants are informed in advance about any additional language requirements and the type of evidence required. This is not a requirement from UNI, but from ASU.
